I picked up a book yesterday at our local new and used bookstore, Ad Astra, titled “301 Ways To have Fun At Work” by Dave Hemsath and Leslie Yerkes. Light and enjoyable read.

Do something simple to energize your group. Take a few minutes before a looming deadline to throw a Nerf ball. Have candy at a meeting. At our offices, we just started writing thank you notes to staff mentioned by name in our patient satisfaction surveys.
